Pete Oxley and Nick Meier individually need little introduction. Both have played SMJ before and are internationally recognised for their originality. They play a variety of guitars-classical, steel, 12 string, fretless - and other stringed instruments which Nick has acquired on his forays through Europe and the Middle East. Nick is squeezing in this tour between world travels with Jeff Beck’s band and his own Meier Group which was recently voted top band at The Juan Les Pins festival. Pete’s Curious Paradise band is hugely respected for his own original compositions and arrangements. Together they have just recorded their new album ‘Chasing Tales’ which will form the nucleus of this concert.
